my only concern is that there is only one window side and because the gazebo is black it is quite dark inside if you have to keep all sides on due to weather. I was expecting two sides with windows automatically , now i will need to purchase another side.

Brilliant products. Great value for money. Julie helped me start to finish, she was lovely and knew everything about the products.Can't stress enough if wanting to buy a shelter of some sort or any of their products investing the time to go to their showroom. Can really see and find out everything you need to know. Internet doesn't do things justice and can see why it may be worth while investing a little more.Definitely be buying from again in the future.

we bought a Gala Tent 3 meters by 3 meters then purchased the weights and sides that go with it. I love love love this tent/gazebo. I'm allergic to the sun and needed shade in the back garden. This Gazebo gives me such a large area of shade, we have put out hot tub under it and dining table and chairs. It's like an outdoor home to us now and I can't say how much we have enjoyed having this living space in our back garden. It has withstood all the wind and rain that we had over the spring/summer far better than any of the cheaper versions that we tried in the past. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for shade in their garden. I also wish to add that the service from these guys and delivery was fantastic.

The product arrived quickly, and was well packaged. Upon opening, this was continued, and there was no doubt that this was a good, solid product. I liked the addition of the fire cert., and decent instructions, not just pictures!Whilst the product is over twice as much as our usual, rather flimsy, gazebo, it does seem well worth the money. It is higher and much better 'tied' with plenty of struts, solid metal legs (none of it will bend and go out of shape, when raising or lowering) and an excellent cover. The 'ring-pull' for raising etc, is excellent and, again, shows that it is worth paying more. The 'bag' for keeping the dismantled product was also of good quality and far better -and roomier- than the standard £100 gazebo. It cost twice as much, but is at least three times better!

Great company with great service and great products. I currently own three 3x3m pro 50 gala tent gazebos for my my hot tub hire company and can not fault them. Every customer comments on how good quality they are. Would'nt buy anything else. Keep up the good work gala tent.

This Marquee was the making of our weekend event. For the 'first time up' things were straightforward from the ample copies of instructions , although precise fitting of the corner protectors and sealing the tent corners was a problem. The only other minor point was the supplied tent pegs. The basic pegs were only suitable for grass on moist ground , as anything harder ( even dry grass ) just bent . Even the next grade suffered some bending . I would suggest something the size of a 6 inch nail ( in diameter ) and 8 inches long would be a better minimum standard . Otherwise it is brilliant and just what is says on the box.
