FIRST CLASS SERVICE AS ALLWAYS

A well designed and well made pop up gazebo, i spend a lot of time deciding how much to spend on a gazebo for general garden use, and came to the conclusion that you either but a really cheap one and keep your fingers crossed it lasts or you buy the Gala MX Pro as it comes with 1.2mm box section and a 600D canopy - there is not a cheaper better made one on the market, the cheaper simular looking gazebos have 0.8mm box section which is easily bent!. you can check the quality of the frame by its weight at 42kg! the cheaper frames weigh in at 20-30kg. another great feature which i love as an engineer is the fact that the frame can be repaired easily in the unlikely event something breaks, Gala sell every component individually should you need a replacement, you can even upgrade the frame to an aluminium and keep the canopy if you wish.

We got caught out by the recent storms in early June and the marquee ended up over the hedge with some twisted poles. Thankfully the after sales service to order replacement poles was very efficient and parts arrived the day before our garden party to save the day! Thank you.

Marquee chandeliers are great, but the instructions on assembly could be greatly improved on.
