"Thank you for your feedback Patricia, sorry to hear you are unhappy with the costs. We charge a small packing and handling fee on each order and we normally cover the delivery costs. However we are understandably charged more by the couriers for delivery to Northern Ireland, We only charge you the cost the courier charges us which is at a discounted rate, We check each of our couriersfor the cheapest price available. I hope this does not discourage you from ordering with us in the future"

Arrived quick but surprised to learn no instructions or parts list!. Had to tel Gala & Laura Goodyear very helpful & sent a parts list. Alas no photos to identify parts & no instructions!Managed to work it out which took up valuable time. Product looks good but not really tried it out yet.

Porch tents go up nicely. Instruction sheet could be better. Doesn''t even state anything about the linking brackets to tie the poles of the porch to the main tent. The other real big issue is when you take the porch tent down, is you have no storage bag to put all the parts in other than the box it came in. Most large tents like this normally have a bag you can store the tent in.
