Fast delivery, good quality,one slight problem on first outing one of the middle legs hight setting pins was jamed open and would not lock the leg fixed the problem when we returned home by removing leg and clip clean up locating hole with file works a treat now just one of them things that some times happen still pleased with product cheers Gala tents

Decided to buy a better gazebo to replace old one which was just a cheap one from the big sheds. After much researching I decided to purchase the Gala shade Pro 40 which turned out to exceed my expectations, the Pro ranges are certainly quality pieces of kit that should last for years.The service and customer after care were second to none,fault found with the wheeled carry bag was dealt with promptly through the warranty and replaced.Would definitely recommend Gala Tent to anyone looking to buy a Gazebo or Marquee.

Started with excellent customer service I had a few questions I wanted to ask, the member of staff was very helpful, then offered to process order over phone instead of going back online to do it,Dispatched very quickly (some issues with courier company misplacing one box but that's not Gala Tents fault, all sorted In the end)Onto the product, having owned gazebo/tent/marque's before I have to say I was impressed with quality of the frame, very easy to put up! The material for the roof and sides is very good and love the zip windowOnly negative is that the wheeled bag does not stand up, previous bags didn't even have wheels so had to lay it flat so at least I can wheel it around.Thoroughly recommend using Gala Tents

We haven't used the new sides and canopy (extremely bright pink) but if it's up to the standard of our black sides etc, it will be perfect. I love the fact that we can interchange colours depending on use.

Bought a Pro 50 Gazebo. Fantastic product. Easy to erect - very good quality fabric for both top and sides. This is the second time we have purchased from Gala.

Wow why or why did we wait so long to get this 6 x 3 Gazebo. we have been struggling with a gala 3 x 3 marquee for years, and there is only the 2 of us both disabled. Now though it takes longer to unpack it than it does to erect it. Highly recommended by us and we managed to get several other interested as well.We will be looking to extend our one in a couple of years time with the addition of a new 3 x 3 to go behind it. After chatting with a very nice and helpful person we revived our delivery of 10 Gazebos the very next day The quality of the frames are excellent we need 2 individuals to erect them. However once up the space and cover is exactly what we need to commence or new market venture at thecrumlinnavigation.org

I brought 2 3m X 6m Marquees as I have one older style for ages, I use it in the summer and the first one I brought must ne 12 years old, still going ok but my parties are a bit bigger now so hence buying 2 new ones. Very good service on the phone and once ordered arrived in 2 days. John.
