An excellent and strong gazebo (50mm) that is easy to put up and down with a strong fabric being used. My only minor winge is that two of the zip pulls broke off on its first outing but I have repaired them with split rings.

I finally plunged in and bought the 40mm gazebo with side walls.When the boxes several of them arrived I was amazed just how big and how many there were, they arrived well packed and clean, and as promised on web site they did arrive the very next day, I was kept informed by email throughout the buying and delivery procedure, the staff were very polite and knowledgable. The gazebo although I'd seen it many times at carouse shows was much heavier than I thought, this may not be such a bad thing as it will help in adverse weather,Unpacking was easy and the frame comes in the supplied bag, the bag itselve initially looks very robust with a zip and belt buckles to hold everything to gether.Putting the fame up was simple, you need two people,you halve errect it then put the canopy onextend the frame, then pull the canopy tight, extend the legs job done,I ordered side walls and bottom rails for ours the bottom rails were a pain to fit couldn't get the holeas to line up for the bolts, this was because my lawn is not perfectly flat, if yours is flat should not be so difficult.The side windows just fasten with Velcro, I got windows in mine which makes all the difference, a little clostrophobic without.You have the option to chose different colour side walls I got yellow same as canopy and two taupe a kinda cream colour.I also got sandbag weights for the legs, they only do these in bliue for some reason, I didn't know this when I purchased them, had I known i would not have bought the, also on reflection I wouldn't buy them again they spoil what is otherwise a really nice gazebo, the steel weights are in my opinion massively expensive, but would be a better option.All in I'm pleased with the gazebo, I haven't used it yet other than erect it to have a look how it went to gether.I couldn't get the canopy into the pocket on the bag for the frame, I rang Gala they tell me it will go in but at the moment I'm at a loss to know how, they are no sips on the pocket for the canopy and I suppose somehow it rolls up and slides in however this pocket must be nearly 1Mt long at a guess and I couldn't get it in, I'm not a novice when it comes to doing things, I'm keen diy and also electrician/ mechanic very handy, however first time at trying it beat me, maybe the canopy will soften with use and make it easy to fit in pocket, a zip either side would help.Because of the last issue I've only given 4 stars, I wouldn't let this put you off,It's expensive at £571 for a gazebo, hopefully it'll pass down a couple of generations and recoup the cost.

Purchased another 6x6 full PVC canopy and a 2m side panel with door. Unfortunately the door panel was not the right material so could not use in time for what it was purchased for. Pity normally would give 5 star to Gala for fast delivery and exact requirements.

Bought the 3x4.5 just over 10 months ago. Been in the boxes until yesterday when the time came for it to be used. Wow!!!!! All I can say is this gazebo is so easy to put up and the quality and size was amazing. It will not be in the garage for another 10 months before it's used again. Everyone talked about the quality and the neighbours all spoke to me and said what amazing piece of kit it looked.From memory the delivery was on time and quick and Darren (sales manager) was a delight to deal with. Gala tents 10/10 company 10/10

Excellent quality with all components in the package. Put it up yesterday 28 May 2017 with my wife following the instructions within 35 minutes. Dismantled in half that time. All family members impressed.

The gazebo itself was exactly as I expected, good strong gala quality. The bag unfortunately had a ripped seam which I had to claim on the warranty for a replacement. Gala authorised the claim, but it was a bit of hassle going through the whole claim process when it should have been easily resolved by just sending out a new one. I had sent an email with a photo a few days after receiving the gazebo so was obviously a faulty product. Would have been easier if they had just sent a new one. Instead I had to register warranty, fill out a form, email customer services because there wasn''t an option for the bag on the form, ring customer services because I didn''t get a reply to my email, fill out the form and write a load of notes, take and attach another photograph, await the investigation, then get sent a voucher for a new bag, use the voucher to buy a new one, then wait for delivery.... how long winded.... I guess it''s a more organised process but a bit annoying making me jump through all those hoops when I just want a quality checked product that reaches me in good condition. :(Then I ordered seperate weights and walls, the courier did not deliver, did not contact me or Gala to say there was a problem with delivery, so returned them to Gala without any attempt then two weeks later I had to chase them to find out why I was still waiting for my order. Most of my initial enquiries went unanswered by Gala, so I used the live chat and spoke directly to customer services again. The courier would not put them on a premium delivery so I was unable to use them for my event on Bank Holiday weekend, so I''m still currently without that part of my order... so sorry Gala, I can only give 3 stars. If I was basing it on quality I would give more but the service has left me quite disappointed and without products that i''ve paid a lot of money for. :(

The table we purchased was exactly as was specified on the site. Excellent product, Excellent service.
