I was very impressed with Gala Tent's ability to deliver my product within 24hrs of the order. The gazebo is certainly good quality and having tried it out now, it has proved to be fit for purpose. Product was up to the usual high standard, just a shame about the problems with the Courier, who certainly needs to look at their methods. This turned a usually hassle free situation into a stressful one.Again 5 out of 5 for the product but only just a 1 out of 5 for the courier.

Fantastic honest advice with great product knowledge. Good price and unbelievable delivery time with in 24hours of ordering pop up gazebo. Quality of frame and coverings is great had it up for a weekend away in the camper van and was ideal and very easy to put up and take down. The Lady who we spoke to on the phone was super helpful and patient . Ordered at 3.30 on Thursday and arrived next morning. We ordered the 3 by 3 aluminium frame gazebo , I was pleased with how small it is when packed down and was in a good trolley for pulling around . As a short and not very strong woman I was also pleased that I can get it in and out of my van by myself . First time putting it up was in the pouring rain,(so i'm glad it arrived so quickly) it was quite stiff and getting the clips in took two guys on the market a fair bit of effort. They both said this would loosen up after a few times going up and down in their experience . Putting down however was a breeze and I could get it in the carry bag easily with the help of a small 12 year old. The actual gazebo kept us nice and dry and actually attracted people over to our stall. It was very well made and i'm sure its going serve us well.
