We are usually very satisfied with the products from Gala tent but this time we are slightly disappointed. The timing of the order to deliver was excellent as was the customer service. The printing and cover is not of the standard we have had before and we are already seeing holes in the canopy. The contact details were printed on the back of the canopy where customers can''t see so eventually we will need to replace this. We have been offered a re printing but at a cost. Even though slightly disappointed we will continue to order as the customer service os excellent. As i send this I have been asked to contact customer services which I have already done and offered a resolve to the situation but at this time we can''t pay for a re print.

We do not recommend storing your canopy on the frame as the material can become trapped and holes can appear, if this is stored separately this will stop this from occurring. We do wish to help so if a cost price replacement is difficult we can send a free of charge repair kit out as a goodwill gesture. Kind Regards Gala Tent"

The 3rd roof for the Gazebo since new - Great framework but wish the covers were stronger - Only seem to last one season although all other shelters and poly tunnels on the farm seem to last well ... so maybe cover materials could be improved?

We do advise to clean and dry your material depending on use and after 12 months a good waterproofing/ UV protector spray will help this last much longer. The product was easy to find and I only wanted two corner pieces that have cracked. When I came to order the carriage was more expensive than the parts which seems a gross miscarriage!

Pro 50 Gazebo - it''s a very sturdy gazebo, but on the 1st use it leaked around the window. I made a claim, and was declined. All they offered me was a free tube of sealant.....

These two tents were bought to be used by our Scottish Community Council for functions on our Village Green.The decision was made to buy Gala tents because another local village had Gala tents which we thought were of very good quality.The buying process was easy but the service was spoiled when they arrived unannounced a few days earlier than agreed with the lady at Gala.It is unfortunate that all the pole sections are not permanently marked with their identification letters and numbers in an obvious area not just with stickers on the male ends as they just get rubbed off when assembling and taking down the frame. Also their is a lack of detail with the assembly instructions when fitting the side panels especially the leg covers with the hooks at the bottom to connect into the holes at the bottom of the C Leg poles there is no detail as to how the tops of these covers are to be fixed.Other than that the quality of the tents seems to be what we expected.

It is of sturdy material that is not in dispute but more than a little annoyed that the original advertisement which was starred by myself last November pictured a bottom rail support set. However, the advertisement failed to make clear this was not included but an add-on. I then was given what I thought was a discount price but see it is online with a higher price which states the bottom rail set IS included. A misleading advert then. Don''t go thinking this set is quick to erect unless you have a small army of helpers to hand. Lots of screw wing nuts, ties and pegs to insert. You might not think worth it if it is just for a one day event. Thankfully, I had someone who has sold several of these on and used to work at the factory so knew best technique. Beauty is - well established firm and always spare parts available.

Great product, when eventually I was able to sort out exactly what I wanted. And during that time, a promo discount expired. It seems that that they may have dynamic pricing - once the prospect is hooked, the prices appear to creep up.Website should have pictures, sizes and weights of each item packed. It''s all designed to be portable, and that info is important to buyers.I had to exchange several emails to get the info.Website is pretty good.

The only reason I am leaving a review is to stop the requests for me to do so, I have had nine. I have only put my marquee up once so far and was going to wait until the second attempt before, then, leaving me review. I followed a friends advice and marked all the componentz with different coloured tape. This is so much easier than looking for the letters. The instructions are very basic and not clear if you''re not practically minded. I bought two marquees with a joining kit. The joining kit didn''t work very well as one marquee had sewn in leg covers and the other didn''t. The leg covers distorted the joining gutter and I had to tape up all the resulting holes. The end panels are about 4 inches short so don''t do up on one corner. There is no where to attach the sewn in leg covers once the sides are fitted so had to be taped on (it was on concrete). Customer services think they try to help but it is frustrating when you have 3 hours to go before the function starts and their solution to the gutter problem is

The bag arrived broken - the tent is fine but I would ideally like to be sent a new bag, and ideally a larger one as it is almost impossible to fit the gazebo back in after use. Many thanks.

Replacement parts were ordered for my Gala tent which was savaged in a storm. Staff on the phone could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. The order was confirmed within the hour by both phone and email. Sadly, the delivery did not arrive according to plan and I received no indication of a delay. The event that was arranged to take place in the tent had to be cancelled at short notice which was regrettable. One part was out of stock which is understandable but the lack of communication of that fact caused major upset this end.I remain pleased with the product and with the friendliness of staff on the phone. I appreciate that the slip up in communication was probably because the order being completed and processed and then delivered involves different departments but I am disappointed with the outcome. The staff who attempted to resolve the situation were apologetic and as helpful as they could have been. The glitch in communication needs addressing to avoid further disappointments. I would rather not give a star rating because I don''t want to fault the staff contact or product I received.

the item I ordered was the missing part from a previous order which was out of stock at the time. I was promised a call when it came back into stock. A call I never received. I ended up calling to check and found out it was back in stock and the item then arrive very quickly.
