Ordering and delivery were really quick and efficient with the product arriving within 2 days or confirming the order. The product was well packaged and of extremely good quality - it's true when they say you get what you pay for. I have no problem in recommending this company's products.

cannot give a review of item as I ordered 7 days ago and it has still not arrived. review of delivery is VERY POOR.

The courier advised no one was home when they attempted delivery the next working day, the goods went back to the depot. Your goods are back out for delivery as requested with special instructions incase no one is home, if you need anything please let us know and we will be happy to help"

Haven't had much chance to use the pop up yet but so far so good. one criticism is of the carrying bag zip which arrears to have no stop fell apart on first use and have had to spend time reassembling the zip to be able to close the bag

Found the service very good and clear .I would only recommended that when choose the colour it would help to put the colour name there as well . Just the basic colour Red , Green etc

Don't worry if you have ordered the wrong colour we have a 30 day return policy so this can be exchanged. Our customer service team will make contact to help you"
