Really pleased with the quality of the marquee, which is very stable with the ground bars and ratchet straps. I received lots of positive comments on the quality of the marquee from others, some of whom asked where I got it from. Excellent service from Gala Tent too, and will not hesitate to recommend them for quality and service.

We bought a marquee from you guys mainly because they were recommended by so many other stall holders at our shows. And we are glad we took their advice, quality is outstanding, especially compared to our old gazebo. We even have to sleep in it from time to time at shows and it does the job perfectly. Also, very reasonably priced!

I opted to buy from gala because I needed a heavy duty gazebo for my fundraising having lost three lightweight gazebos in winds and rain over the last three years. The other company recommended to me had none in stock and a diabolical telephone manner. The staff at Gala were very different, they were extremely helpful not only on the phone but also when I emailed questions. It was very easy to choose what I wanted and payment was also easy. The gentleman talked me through making the payment as it wasn't a system I was familiar with. The items I'd purchased were despatched that day and delivered the following day. Everything has been of a high quality and the gazebo has withstood rain and wind with no problems whatsoever

I am very impressed with the Gala tent which I purchased. The first point which impressed me was the ease with which it was able to be erected. Having previously used other tents, this was no way as near as difficult, awkward, and cumbersome as them. It literally glides in all movable directions. I also love the vibrancy of the colour I had chosen. Perfect for my stall!

Delivered when specified. Great service and great product - very impressed with quality of materials and design of fittings for pop-up and side panels.

Last week i purchased a ProMx gazebo 3x3m. After i had got over the disappointment of not having two little men jump out the box and erect the gazebo as per the youtube video! i found the gazebo easy to set up. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and would have no hesitation in recommending it to any one else!

Extremeley quick professional service just what you want and other companies should be made to copy their service. definately will recommend and will buy more in the future. 5 stars is not enough

We wanted a gazebo for a garden party, and although the Pro 40 would've been sufficient we decided to buy the more robust Pro 50. We want to buy a gazebo once only, and this unit looks like it will see us out.As promised, the gazebo arrived next day, and was well packed with no damage. Erection was simple, but it does require two people. Getting the canopy in the right place was a little tricky, but this was the first time that we had used it. The side curtains are very easy to affix.The whole unit is very robust, and doesn't have the myriad of parts of cheap gazebos that you have to connect in a certain order (you know the drill: fix part A to part B, and then fix this assembly to part C and D, etc, etc.)Another great benefit is the included carry case. The gazebo and top canopy fit in this wheeled case, and the case has a very small footprint, so that storage is easy. (The side curtains have a separate case). The only suggestion I would make for improvement is the size of the wheels: they are the sort used for suitcases. Larger wheels would help over rough terrain.Overall, we were very impressed with both the gazebo and the customer service. Would we recommend to friends and family? Actually, we did!
