As Director of the Stockton Heath Festival we decided to purchase 2 gazebos of our own rather than hire them. This has been a sound investment. Cheaper gazebos can be found but for the extra ost you get better quality and service. We consider these gazebos this year were a great asset and helped us run a successful Festival. Roll on next year our 10th Festival.

I have to say the service was spot on brilliant. The delivery was the next day and i used it straight away. The build quality of the frame is extremely high quality and heavy duty. I use this for working under to paint cars and it's quick set up in minutes amd ready to go. My friend is ordering very soon. great job. I literally stumbled across gala online I am glad I did.

Having looked at many Gazebo's on the market I finally settled for a Gala model. Previous tents had been a mitigated disaster for us and were looking for a durable and easily constructed model, we found it with the advice and help from the sales team and what a bonus. Easy to erect you almost don't need any instructions as it almost falls into place, One person can set the frame and apply the cover and at the last minute four people to complete the task which takes a fraction of the time on previous suppliers tents. Once in place it is robust, weather proof and can take a battering from wind and rain. In conclusion I strongly recommend any purchaser speak to the sales team, get the best advice on what your needs are and you will be satisfied with the outcome and very competitive prices. Excellent product.

I purchased a 6x4 Gala tent 3 years ago and several items since. I have found the whole service both on the telephone and efficiency of posting faultless. The items arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Would recommend Gala Tents highly.

Where can I start, the phone was answered straight away, nothing was a problem. I needed a branded gazebo delivered by the end of the week. They said they would get back to me with a price and a confirmation, 5 minutes later I received my reasonable estimate with no rush charges to produce and best of all it would be delivered on Friday.They made it so easy for me after sending through my graphics to receiving a proof to sign off within a few hours.The gazebo arrived on the Friday morning and to say it stands out from the crowd is an understatement the quality is great and we certainly noticed our takings were up on the Saturday due to the stand out of the display.I think a few other companies should take notice of the quality of your service an place into practice themselves.For sure we will be using Gala Tents again in the future and would have no issues endorsing and telling everyone what a great service they offer.Thank you.

I decided on the Gala Tent gazebo after talking to other traders and comparing specs with other brands. I have only used it a couple of times but it feels strong and robust, and I am very pleased with the quality. I have managed to set it up on my own although it would be easier with two people. The carry bag that comes with it fits easily which makes a nice change. Customer service and delivery was excellent and fast. My only criticism is that it only comes with 4 pegs. They are good heavy duty ones which is great, but 4 is not enough.
