We have had this 6 months now, it is a very good quality construction and waterproof when we needed it. Easy to erect, collapse and pack at the end of the day. We have been so impressed with the product we are purchasing a second for the larger evens in 2017.

Great quality, could have been done slightly faster with better customer update/response during the process. Required a little bit of proactive contact to get updates

This is the second Gala tent (8 X 4m with flooring) I've bought. The product is fabulous. Only negatives ... I bought 3 heaters, the bolts on them don't have enough thread to allow them to be clamped securely to the frame. And I gave detailed delivery instructions (twice), where to leave stuff if I was out, that simply didn't get passed through, which caused a fair bit of stress to me, my neighbour and the delivery guy. Apart from that though, great product!

Needed a couple of spares for my marquee - wing nuts and toggles. Rang gala, they were very helpful and sent them out promptly by letter post

After chatting with the member of the Gala Team the order was expedited in due course with swift efficiency and I could not believe how quickly the order was fulfilled and delivered to my door. Excellent service and would highly recommend the Company to anyone.

Gazebo was 2 months delayed due to not being in stock, communication from Gala could have been better about the delay. And slight mix up with printing, however they were quick to sort this out afterwards and happy with final product.
