First delivery was excellent, next day delivery, the items were well packed, and clear instruction to parts in each box. Due to bad weather, I have not put up the marquee yet. Up to now . Very pleased at the moment.

Must admit that we hadn't heard of Gala Tent, even though they are only 3 miles away and we stumbled on the website. Details on the site showing the range of sizes and associated products gave us a lot of confidence that Gala understood their business and the needs of customers. We noticed the 3m x 3m was on special offer and arranged to view (but had decided on it anyway) The showroom left us gob-smacked with the inventive/creative uses that were displayed and to see that the showroom was in one giant marquee was awesome, it would have been rude not to have bought one :-) Macauley, the sales assistant impressed us with his product knowledge and he explained fully the different types of covering. He couldn't have been more helpful. We explained that the tent was going to be used as a shelter for our hot tub and it would be erected on a permanent basis. We had to construct the hot tub area and needed to know the measurements of the sides so that I could plan where I needed to dig holes for concrete etc but surprisingly no one had ever asked that question! I ended up assembling the ground bars on our deck to get the measurements, a tiny minus point there but the quality and strength of the materials is amazing. We certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Gala to anyone. Friendly and helpful staff, great products, what more could you want !

Best quality, range and prices

I have used a 3x2 gala for 10 years to work at outdoor events and it has been water proof and strong. Easy to put up by one person. The polyester can be painted on, PE cannot. Good headroom, handles on zips gave out recently but replaced by small tie straps. I'd buy same again.

Fully descriptive and having material strength which is what I was looking for.

Really excellent product. The frame is brilliant as it is so strong.Having owned an inferior tent in the past, I realised that the frame strength is critical. I bought from Gala after I borrowed a Gala tent from our local Scout group for a party. It showed me just how good they are. I fully recommend anyone to get one of these if they need a party type tent.

Cannot fault service, delivery or product

I cannot thank you enough for all your help with the 6 x 10 Marquee for our Market. Its brilliant. Everything was there and the men who assemble for us said it was very straightforward.

I needed folding, comfortable chairs to go with the gazebos purchased at the same visit, the Retro folders fitted the bill nicely. Excellent service and quality from stock so no delays. Yes I would recommend Gala products.
