Decided to buy the Fusion Marquee 15 m. x 9 m. Contacted sales, the help and advice was very good. Delivery was prompt.The assembly was more of a challenge. Being new the top covers were difficult to feed through the kader. With 4 people we sorted out a system, and with some effort we assembled the marquee. It does look good, and perform well. Value for money!!

Excellent service, my printed valance wrap arrived within two days of me sending them the design, absolutely brilliant.

I was very pleased with the help and advice I received from the sales person when ordering my gala tent. Putting it up was easy with help from my son and son in law.

Galatent delivered as promised in under 25 hours.I am glad that I bought the ground bars which made the whole assembly feel much more secure and stable.Once understood the assembly and erection was straight forward but a little time consuming. The video was a great help.It would help if the threads of the locking screws holes had been cleaned out or if a means of cleaning the threads was included.The one small negative is that only the exact number of locking screws were provided. Especially as one screw was provided with no thread!!!!. Would help if I knew what bolt size and thread was used. Happy to recommend Galatent in spite of the little problem.

After watching the £100 pop up gazeebo fly over the fence after smallest gust of wind, I decided to look for an alternative. Initially looking at building a wooden structure, which to be honest was going to cost a fortune to build, we came across Gala Tents. After watching a couple of the YouTube video's and looking through the gallery at the various set-ups, we were intrigued at the idea, and if it was a good as it looked. We ordered the 3m x 3m marquee with the optional ground bars, as we were looking to install on a decked surface. After consulting with Lee of the sales team to discuss the robustness of the marquee, we placed the order. True to their word Botha he marquee & ground bar kit arrived the following day. It has Ben in use in our garden now for the last couple of months and everyone who has visited has been really impressed and amazed at the quality and size. It has been put to great use so far this summer for and now beyond as it now covers our recently installed hot tub. This product is nothing short of 5 stars and can.t praise it enough. If you are looking for something that can work in all weathers for your garden or outdoors event, then look know further. I have had the pop up gazeebo's, parasol's and the rest and this beats the lot hands down.

Good quality marquee but after-sales service hopeless. Tried to register warranty but website said invoice not consigned. Tried to contact with Live Chat but no response and the message I left has not resulted in any contact from Gala

The service was good and the tent performed very well on its first outing. The main drawbacks are (1) the frame is very heavy (Pro 40) and I shudder to think what the Pro 50 is like and (2) possibly as a result the carry bag is already starting to break apart - possibly due to it being dragged along the floor as the wheeling system is also not seemingly up the job. If you are able to make the frame lighter and/or the carry bag and wheels more robust this would be a great help

I bought my gala tend after taken a few months hard look at the product during this period I have the chance to look at other products and I'm happy I chose this product because it is sturdy, beautiful, well packedand I have no regrets and treasure it for as long as I can
