Ordered this product through the Internet - very easy to do and arrived very quickly. We had one query and a quick phone call was dealt with by a very helpful, polite, lady. We purchased this marquee for family and neighbour get togethers. We found it very easy to assemble although one corner joint was bent which my husband was able to straighten out. Although it was erected in a fairly sheltered part of the garden we also purchased ratchet tie down storm straps for each leg which was a very good investment and meant that the marquee stood firm and there were no guy ropes to trip over. Extremely pleased with this investment and would not hesitate to recommend Gala Tents.

The purchase was for side walls with windows to replace the plain side walls. Having side walls with windows is so much better. Usual Gala high standard and quality. Our 'Hot Tub House' is now much better :-)

Excellent service , order placed late Wednesday 17th August, delivered late Friday 19th August.Started laying the floor by myself on Sunday 21st August and completed Monday 22nd, with help from a staff member and a Trustee to finish the edging . First two events to use the new flooring this weekend and for a large wedding reception on weekend of 10/11th September.The flooring is laid on a concrete base, the the light grey colour makes our 12 x 6m Gala Marquee come alive!Photos available.

Last minute I ordered the sides to my Gazebo for a big show I had in a few days time and they arrived the next morning. The Gala gazebo sides were easy to put up and made a real difference to my display at the show.

Gazebo is great, well made and totally wind and waterproof. A little more information on the instruction leaflet for first time users would be helpful! Very disappointed about the delivery charge. Your website and your phone, when put on hold, tell you about the free delivery, but it took your staff 20 minutes to find where it says on our website that some areas have to pay for delivery. Misleading, and little things like that spoil the shopping with Gala experience.
