Probably OK but only had it 2 weeks and haven't had chance to use it yet. In the meantime, rather p'ed off to get 3 emails nagging me to provide a review from a 'donotreply' email address and no 'unsubscribe' button!

Very helpful, next day delivery great service

There is no doubt Gala have this design right. The wheels are very solid and screwed in by you and tighten by a spanner. The base is a very plate and the wheel screw into it. Now there is a tough handle at the top. A heavy weight zip and tough straps. The materials are thicker and lined. To me the saddest thing is the original bag was never fit for purpose. The wheel came away after 12 months and the base was a piece of plywood. Many attempts to fix it came to nothing. The straps to carry it where light weight and ripped. The bag wasn't thick. Perhaps Gala could have giving a discount to existing customers. We currently have our old one and it is a disgrace. Gala have it right this time. Their gazebo is fantastic and is a piece of engineering to be proud of and now the bag is worthy of the gala name too.

spares arrived when due and were fitted into the gazebo quickly without too much difficulty.

This is the second gazebo we have brought and we received great service and was delivered next day as promised and we found customer service very helpful in helping us to choose the right gazebo for our needs

What a solid Gazebo, you get what you pay for! We paid a fair amount however it was worth every penny. Well made, solid with excellent fabric quality. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending !

Purchased a galatent due to perceived quality and advertised as in stock and next day delivery. Received 5 out of 6 boxes next day and had to wait another 3 days for final box. I had to cancel my event so very disappointed. Do not expect next day delivery. Quality of product very good.

I am in a windy location and wanted a Gazebo I could leave up in the garden all summer. I opted for the 3x3 metre level 50 as it need to be strong. Everything appears OK so far. It looks very sturdy and the cover seems strong. Two points.I chose the green as it was next day delivery. But I also ordered a sidewall which was not. Hence no next day delivery and this was not explained until I phoned up and got them to send on the gazebo.Secondly the instructions could be more detailed. I have had a Galatent before so I had no problem. But a newcomer might wonder.
