In one word, outstanding!

We bought our marquee some years ago but only bought the carry bags last week. I was surprised to find that they and other replacement parts were available and pleased that the bags were delivered promptly and efficiently.

We use our Gala tent in our pool area so that we have somewhere to sit and have BBQs in all weathers. It stays in place all season (about 4 months) and occasionally has to withstand wind. The legs are bolted down and the roof corners are strapped to floor bolts. HOWEVER, the roof would benefit if it had wind pressure relief flaps, so taking much of the strain off the whole tent.

Cracking piece of kit. Tried others in the UK market and Gala always comes out tops on service, delivery and product quality. Very happy customer, delivering to very happy customers.

delighted with the actual tent, first time using the new sides last weekend, having 3x3 sides definately a bonus as easier to move around, BUT, the tabs on the doors act like a wick so when it rained and doors were down, the tabs got soaked on outside, consequently resulting in water dripping inside onto the tables, not a huge problem but could be dealt with easily by waterproofing them, overall though, don't know why we didn't take the plunge and invest a couple of years ago instead of buying cheap, definately one of our best buys

A well built gazebo easy to erect particularly like its commanding status when close to other gazebo's and tents

Gazebo excellent, and sturdy when put up, especially when you put the weights around the feet. The bag with wheels is a very welcome included part, and fits well around structure. One suggestion would be to make the handles at each end of bag part of a web loop around the bag, rather than sewn onto a web loop - the point being is that where stitching is put under tension pulling away as bag lifted, it is beginning to fail. Will probably buy another with different colour top soon.

brilliant bit of kit but would have preferred zips on the doors like last time

Fast delivery, good quality,one slight problem on first outing one of the middle legs hight setting pins was jamed open and would not lock the leg fixed the problem when we returned home by removing leg and clip clean up locating hole with file works a treat now just one of them things that some times happen still pleased with product cheers Gala tents
