Excellent service again! We ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on Friday, you can't ask for anymore than that!

The product it self is great quality and instruction for assembly clear , beside the fact it had a few faulty bolts1 missing and a few bungies missing it went up easily the were sent out in the post I can not fault the staff and there quick service and efforts to remove issues . One other thing was that the tent comes with no storage bags And I was not asked when purchasing and it is no mention that they are an extra purchase , but the staff were easy to rectify error and did me a deal and the items were delivered next day P's a must for storing rent for the next time you need it , bit more then I wanted to pay but at the end it does the Job Just one more thing is stitching has come undone on end end panels and waiting for them to sort a minor inconvenience but a quality issue never the less that I'm sure will be sorted gong on their service to date .

Great product - quality is very good and robust. Fast delivery and everything well packaged. It might have been us but we did not find the full pdf instructions on the web page till we had struggled a bit, but the combination of the video on how to put it up and the pdf instructions were very good in the end. So my only suggestion for improvement is to make sure there is a hard copy of the instructions easily found in the boxes.

many companies are great until something goes wrong. How complaints are handled allows an insight into the true attitude of a company. With the best will in the world, things can go wrong. Unfortunately there was a bit missing from the previous order. Gala were superb in reassuring me that all would be rectified -and it was. No fuss, no call backs, no waiting. It was dealt with there and then. wonderful service from a company with a really good quality product list. Thank you. You deserve to prosper

6m x6m great works really well miss the Zips on the 6x3 but you get use to lacing it up instead

I looked at a number of tents and finally decided on a Gala Tent . It is a 1st rate product that is well designed and well thought through both in terms of the ease and understanding of how to set it up and the sturdiness of the tent. If you don't want to waste money then this is the tent to go for.

Substantial Gazebos, parts easily available at a reasonable price, well recommended

excellent Marquee bit disappointed that it did not come with bags to put canvass in and the bags we had to but make the canvass difficult to pick up and carry but overall a easy to erect tent with some very good features

Exerlent product arrived on time took about half an hour to put up. It was a bit tricky to take down as some of the joint were very difficult to separate. Other than that it is a very good product
