Found online ordering quite difficult. Rang in and staff were very helpful, finding my customer number etc. Order was wrong, but was rectified and invoice made out to wrong person. Shouldn't be so difficult to get spares

Superb service and really happy with the product. we required it for commercial purposes and are very happy with our 6x4m marquee the office staff were wonderful and after a little issue with delivery and a slight fault with one part we have been compensated fantastically would highly recommend
