Excellent products. Marquee straight forward to put up. Excellent quality. Trestle tables sturdy. Customer service faultless. Have bought products from Gala Tent several times.

I purchased the pop up trestle table and found that some of the metal legs that need to slide out were stuck inside the legs, so we had to find a way to get the sliding legs out from the tiny hole in the bottom which is not ideal. The table feet were all loose in the bag and tend to fall out easily when erecting the table. Seems to be a good table when it''s eventually up. Not what I expected, quality-wise for £200

"Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that your table arrived damaged. The feet on the table are push fit and if the table has had a bump in transit enough the send the legs up then this can pop the feet off. Our customer service team will be in contact, Kind Regards Gala Tent"

I recently purchased new covers for my pop up, as mine had finally started to look tired,you would have thought that white wouldn't last that long but I have looked after them and hosed them down when they have had excessive grime,so five years on I've decided to replace, I have to say the quality of gala tent speaks volumes.

Fabulous! We replaced the sidewalls of our gazebo with Gala sidewalls and they are really good, great quality, strong in the wind. Will certainly be buying from Gala when we want to replace the frame. Thank you.

Easy to erect with two. Three is easier. Love that all the side sections zip together even around the corners. Having built in panels that give you the option to have a solid panel or a window is excellent. The end table walls have a single door width access or can be rolled up is brilliant. Really pleased with the overall quality and the design. Very clean looking Marquee and I think good value. Ours is 10x4m.

When ordering my gazebo with the friendly and knowledgeable lady I was informed that the ground bars that I wanted were currently out of stock and would follow on later. 2 months later they are still out of stock and are not expected in for another month! With next day delivery now the norm and goods from the other side of the world arriving within a few days I wonder just where these ground bars are coming from! A 3 month wait for a standard item which has already been paid for is completely unacceptable and reflects very badly on Gala Tent! Seems like there''re keen enough to take your money but not so keen to supply the goods!

The reason for the delay is that we are waiting for these to be manufactured. We predict product sales based on previous years sales, events and trends. Although we get this right with the vast majority of products this is still only a prediction and occasionally we can unexpectedly sell out. We are expecting the ground bars sets in approximately 15th November and we will be in contact with you as soon as they are here. Thank you for your patience in the matter"
