I am very impressed with the Gala tent which I purchased. The first point which impressed me was the ease with which it was able to be erected. Having previously used other tents, this was no way as near as difficult, awkward, and cumbersome as them. It literally glides in all movable directions. I also love the vibrancy of the colour I had chosen. Perfect for my stall!

Delivered when specified. Great service and great product - very impressed with quality of materials and design of fittings for pop-up and side panels.

Last week i purchased a ProMx gazebo 3x3m. After i had got over the disappointment of not having two little men jump out the box and erect the gazebo as per the youtube video! i found the gazebo easy to set up. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and would have no hesitation in recommending it to any one else!

We wanted a gazebo for a garden party, and although the Pro 40 would've been sufficient we decided to buy the more robust Pro 50. We want to buy a gazebo once only, and this unit looks like it will see us out.As promised, the gazebo arrived next day, and was well packed with no damage. Erection was simple, but it does require two people. Getting the canopy in the right place was a little tricky, but this was the first time that we had used it. The side curtains are very easy to affix.The whole unit is very robust, and doesn't have the myriad of parts of cheap gazebos that you have to connect in a certain order (you know the drill: fix part A to part B, and then fix this assembly to part C and D, etc, etc.)Another great benefit is the included carry case. The gazebo and top canopy fit in this wheeled case, and the case has a very small footprint, so that storage is easy. (The side curtains have a separate case). The only suggestion I would make for improvement is the size of the wheels: they are the sort used for suitcases. Larger wheels would help over rough terrain.Overall, we were very impressed with both the gazebo and the customer service. Would we recommend to friends and family? Actually, we did!

Product is a little more expensive than rivals but I was impressed by the build quality and how simple it was to erect, this along with the efficient customer service staff, makes you wonder why you even look at rival brands!!
