I can not fault the service from Gala Tents the staff are always very helpful over the phone or by email. The Crystal Chandeliers are so pretty when built, the picture on the website does not do them justice.

The marquee is excellent quality, really simple to put up and really strong. If I had to critique, I would say the instructions could do with improving as I had to refer to the video on a few occasions. Regarding the 8 x LED light set, it really needs a longer lead as when the 1st light is hung from the roof, the cable wont reach the floor. The globes are a little dark at the bottom too.

The service is usually good at Gala but my last purchase included a cover and some graphics which I had to keep progressing. Although it was stated that an email was sent by the graphics dept it was not received by me. Without the help and persistence of Darren in sales I would not have got the item in time for our next event. However the cover and graphics were delivered and look good.An internal order progressing system might be useful.

this is an excellent product, used last weekend in very windy conditions and it didn't bat an eyelid. highly recommend

Ordered this Gazebo late Thursday evening. Told by Gala dispatched on Friday. Tracking showed it arrived at local courier office at 5.30 am on Saturday but not delivered till Monday morning. I was not in a hurry but others might be. I am very pleased with the product and chose it because I knew the quality would be good as I have owned 2 marquees for 7 years (3x2 & 3x4). I wanted the gazebo for something quick to put up for entertaining. Because of the quality it is robust and therefore the frame is heavy. It takes two fit people to fully erect the frame. Some strength is needed to push the frame into the locked position. My wife and I, both pensioners struggled and I had to get my son to help. The product has been up in heavy rain and strong winds without any mishap.

Decided on Gala tent after doing quite a lot of research, £500 is a lot of money to spend on a gazebo so I needed to be sure that the quality was as good as advertised. I decided to visit the showroom in Rotherham as its only an hour or so away from me. its fine seeing internet photos and marketing info but you can never be sure until you actually see the product, anyway, great service from start to finish, we had a walk around the showroom, saw the gazebo I had in mind and came away with the one I wanted. put it up for the first time on Sunday, very simple to assemble (I had the 3m x 4.5m Pro-40 MX) I managed to erect it on my own but you would really need two people for the larger sizes. great quality and the fact that individual spares are available should anything go wrong is an added bonus. all in all a great company selling quality products.

6 by 12 canopy looks great, we put it up with three guys but I would recommend 4 as it was a bit of a struggle.
