Just to advise, have received the gazebo weights and to say how impressed I am with your service.
Ordered yesterday at 3.45, received at 9.00 this morning. Wonderful.

Over this last weekend we have had three of our biggest events where I was displaying my photography. We also had three days of the heaviest rain since the winter. A lot of people did not bother to turn up at the events but I did with my 3 x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro (the big expensive one). Firstly I wanted to say thanks as I was the only person who remained warm and dry - I was able to invite people in to keep dry (up to 15 at a time with all my tables, stands and browsers) and it upped my sales! Don't get me wrong I cannot retire but it was worth being there.

In this day and age (I'm sounding my age already!) it is often the case that items purchased are disappointing in quality and design. The 4m by 10m marquee we purchased from you is simply excellent. Delivery was within 24 hours and the strong and well-built product ' saved' a very important family event from the great British climate. We have had cheaper DIY shop bought tents in the past and you must do more in your website to show the incredible difference in quality. While the event was to say farewell to my eldest daughter who is moving to USA for two years, the main topic of conversation was - 'the Gala Tent'!

I have had several enquiries about the Gala Tent, which I use as an extra room attached to a wooden holiday chalet in South Wales and I have emphasised the quality of the material and the strength of the framework, I hope that this will bring you further business.

Firstly, I would like to say how pleased we are with the strength, quality and appearance of our new gala tent. This was erected for the first time on Friday in preparation for our son's 18th Birthday party on Saturday. It was raining and at times windy, and yet it kept everybody dry and comfortable making the party a great success. Friends and family were very complimentary about it.

I just wish to thank you for the excellent service, from the moment of ordering to delivery your service has been impeccable other companies could learn much from you. Thank you so very much for restoring my faith in Internet buying.

I was on the road this morning when my wife called me to say my order had been delivered. This is one of those very rare moments that my faith in human efficiency is totally bowled over. You achieved the near impossible when so many other people, companies and systems completely fail. Thank you for your outstanding performance in taking an order at 4PM and delivering a tent some 250 miles away by 10AM the next morning. I will use this as an example of how it should be done, in my next managers’ meeting.

I purchased a Poly/PVC Gala Tent to use as a Hot Tub enclosure during the winter months; It has survived 3 winters of fairly extreme weather conditions _ effectively being out in the elements for at least 15 months with no problems what so ever. We also used it during the summer months I will certainly buy another. I cannot recommend this product any higher buy this marquee with confidence.

This is just to say how pleased we have been with our Gala Tent since we bought it in April this year. It has been used several times in various weathers, and each without a problem.We have found it easy to put up (even for amateurs, and even when we lost the instructions), and take down. We are particularly impressed with the strength of the metal poles, fabric and bungee straps for attaching panels are simple and strong.
