The marquee arrived and all seems to be ok so far as i have not erected it in the garden yet. The problem arose when i took delivery of it from the courier. It was one man on his own and could not manage the weight of the carton which weighed 35kg. This meant that he needed some help i felt obliged to help him although i am 73 years of age with a few health problems. It seems that if i didnt oblige the item would have been taken back to the depot. Is this the couriers problem or is it a packaging issue in that it was over weight for one person to safely deliver or is too much packed in one box. I feel that this could be a health and safety issue and well worth a mention.

I have ordered from Galatent several times and will definitely use again. Excellent deliver times. My first order was a marquee for my wedding, ordered 2 days before the big day and it arrived in time 😆😆

The key thing that made me choose the Gala product, was that the panels all zip together, rather than being secured by bungees. The window covers are a nice little bonus and it's great to be able to roll them up and secure them. BUT disaster !!!! I can't do that with the panels. I can't do that with the panels themselves. There are no 'straps' to secure rolled-up panels. As you will know, the weather in this country is 'instantly ' changeable. If I could secure the rolled-up panels then, when it starts to rain, I simply have to depress the sides of the connectors ( the same as the ones fitted to the window covers ) and fasten the Velcro for virtually immediate protection. As it stands, it is much more time and labour-intensive and that spoils the product for me. Overall, I love it

Well built well packed and quick service

I needed a 3mitre square replacement non gala frame. The one I had was 15 years old and company who sold it to me no longer existed. I didn't want to throw another frame away so contacted Gala. They gave me the dimensions which matched, ordered it at 3.30pm and it arrived 9am the next day. It fitted perfectly, was excellent quality and although I paid more than other suppliers it was worth it the excellent services and quality product. hassle free, I would recommend Gala.

On behalf of our residents association, I would like to say an enormous thank you to Darren & Susan for your kind and wonderful help in connection with us acquiring a 10m x 4m Car Port Gala Marquee with Groundbar Set & accessories. This company and its superb team could not have been more helpful with our purchase and with their organised delivery, it was perfectly timed. For some time, we have looked at Gala Tent Marquees and reading all other reviews about the company, we decided this was the company for us. Although we won't be using our Marquee until Mid June, I just know that everything will be right for us due to they're professional conduct and kind help when we have spoken by telephone.
