Bungees very good as expected but the price of postage was expensive considering size of package

Bought this new canopy as a replacement for one which was 7 years old and had 'expired'. This new one is a definite improvement- the seam stitching appears more robust and the corner metal loops are much more robust as is their mounting tape into the structure of the canopy- which makes fixing the ground anchors to the canopy feel much stronger. The fabric itself is waterproofed - so in current weather is warding off the rains well. Definitely a step up in quality and construction from the previous canopy. Overall pleased with the canopy. It does what it says it would do.

Great additions to my existing tent. Flag looked really good and the ground bars helped to stabilise the tent and make sure that it was square. Great service from Gala.

Delivery is quick and product is good. So much so customers are asking us to get them for them

We ordered this Gazebo in a rush and it arrived as promised the next day. It was easy to put up and take down, it is sturdy and we love the colour, it made us stand out at the Market! The table was also good and solid perfect for displaying our goods.

The marquee arrived and all seems to be ok so far as i have not erected it in the garden yet. The problem arose when i took delivery of it from the courier. It was one man on his own and could not manage the weight of the carton which weighed 35kg. This meant that he needed some help i felt obliged to help him although i am 73 years of age with a few health problems. It seems that if i didnt oblige the item would have been taken back to the depot. Is this the couriers problem or is it a packaging issue in that it was over weight for one person to safely deliver or is too much packed in one box. I feel that this could be a health and safety issue and well worth a mention.

I have ordered from Galatent several times and will definitely use again. Excellent deliver times. My first order was a marquee for my wedding, ordered 2 days before the big day and it arrived in time 😆😆

The key thing that made me choose the Gala product, was that the panels all zip together, rather than being secured by bungees. The window covers are a nice little bonus and it's great to be able to roll them up and secure them. BUT disaster !!!! I can't do that with the panels. I can't do that with the panels themselves. There are no 'straps' to secure rolled-up panels. As you will know, the weather in this country is 'instantly ' changeable. If I could secure the rolled-up panels then, when it starts to rain, I simply have to depress the sides of the connectors ( the same as the ones fitted to the window covers ) and fasten the Velcro for virtually immediate protection. As it stands, it is much more time and labour-intensive and that spoils the product for me. Overall, I love it
