The gazebo itself was exactly as I expected, good strong gala quality. The bag unfortunately had a ripped seam which I had to claim on the warranty for a replacement. Gala authorised the claim, but it was a bit of hassle going through the whole claim process when it should have been easily resolved by just sending out a new one. I had sent an email with a photo a few days after receiving the gazebo so was obviously a faulty product. Would have been easier if they had just sent a new one. Instead I had to register warranty, fill out a form, email customer services because there wasn''t an option for the bag on the form, ring customer services because I didn''t get a reply to my email, fill out the form and write a load of notes, take and attach another photograph, await the investigation, then get sent a voucher for a new bag, use the voucher to buy a new one, then wait for delivery.... how long winded.... I guess it''s a more organised process but a bit annoying making me jump through all those hoops when I just want a quality checked product that reaches me in good condition. :(Then I ordered seperate weights and walls, the courier did not deliver, did not contact me or Gala to say there was a problem with delivery, so returned them to Gala without any attempt then two weeks later I had to chase them to find out why I was still waiting for my order. Most of my initial enquiries went unanswered by Gala, so I used the live chat and spoke directly to customer services again. The courier would not put them on a premium delivery so I was unable to use them for my event on Bank Holiday weekend, so I''m still currently without that part of my order... so sorry Gala, I can only give 3 stars. If I was basing it on quality I would give more but the service has left me quite disappointed and without products that i''ve paid a lot of money for. :(

These large heavy-duty pegs were exactly what I required. I live in a very exposed area susceptible to high winds. These pegs are successfully holding my large garden cloches down safely.
