Exactly what I ordered and wanted.

Received next day, now installed and working fantastical. Do the job we wanted.

Tried different pop up gazebos, but none were strong enough, found gala tents on goggle, gave them a try and very happy with product and service. :)

The tent is absolutely fantastic, but is not provided with the fixing string and the door is really difficult to close.

Selecting and ordering online was easy and straight forward.Delivery although not expressed was delivered in two days. The order was well rapped and secured to a pallet for easy unloading.All items where present and correct and well boxed.All good so far assembly nexted

Always used you - for the past nine years

We purchased the 3m x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro-50 which seemed the perfect size for our business activities (installing kitchens). As our weather is typically wet and windy and most messy cutting can't be undertaken in our clients properties, we needed a gazebo that would cover our tools and products at the same time and more importantly, can't be blow away into the next door neighbours gardens. We used our new Gala Shade for the first time this week and WOW, we are extremely impressed: so easy to erect - in minutes too (as time after all is money), extremely sturdy and the size is perfect (large enough to provide the cover we need and small enough to fit in an average size garden). This is an excellent value for money product and we really like the pull rings for adjusting the leg heights etc for when hands get cold and numb. We also ordered the cast iron leg weights but haven't had to use these yet. During our first use of the Gala Shade, it was windy and we were impressed by its resilience with out the weights. We will certainly be purchasing more accessories in the near future for the Gala Shade now we have confidence in its performance - such as heaters, lights and side walls.

The chairs are fine, though a little low for people with longer legs. The average rating is mainly due to the problems incurred by your policy of not allowing a PayPal payment from a different address to the delivery address, which seems non-sensical and held up the delivery as well as causing me some stress. My main feedback would be to either change this policy or to make it clear on the payment pages of the website that this is your policy, rather than letting PayPal take the payment and then emailing the customer. Friendly and helpful staff on the phone.

Thank you for your review Kate, and we are sorry to hear you are not happy with a part of our service, however Paypal don't actually provide a secure payment service to a third party address delivery, the only way we can provide a third party delivery service is to use SOTpay, we have this service available during office hours and this needs to be a telephone transaction so please speak to a sales consultant when you require an urgent delivery to a different address that is not your card holder address, hope this helps
