This is just a little thank you review for your most excellent customer service given by you to me, on Monday of this week, when I had reason to contact you over the end panel of my 6m x 12m Gala Tent. However, upon contacting you, I felt that you handled the situation with great diplomacy empathy and efficiency, and I cannot thank you enough for that, the effort put in personally by yourself was greatly appreciated. I must say that I am totally delighted with the new PVC marquee as not only does it look fantastic and feels robust. Once again, I thank you Laura very much for your mammoth effort to sort the problem out for me, which ended up with a very satisfactory outcome and a happy client too.

How to put up a Gala Tent in 33 minutes (Just or fun Benny Hill Style)

As you're probably aware we've been down today and picked up the side panels. The panels are the right shade of white and match the rest of the marquee. You've now got two happy customers. I bought the Gala Tent for a family party and it was also used at our Annual Village Fete. On both occasions it was a great success and we are very pleased with it. I looked at the Gala video showing how to erect the Tent which was very helpful. I thought you would like to see how our family did it in just 54 seconds (with the help of a speeded up camera) !
