Delivery was all fine and quick. Think the parts could be better and more permanently labelled. find the roof frames hard to assemble, so we now store them set up. Think the storage bags we were sent could have been more precisely designed for the number of different items the tent has, as we have to re-sort all the pipes etc every time we set up as the bags can't be kept just to one type of pipe. Think you might supply the instructions laminated. As a village asset it means that different people set it up each time, so no one builds up any level of familiarity or expertise, so the instructions need to be used every time. If we'd left them as paper they would have disintegrated by now. Apart from that all pretty easy and robust. Has been a very useful village asset, although enthusiasm to use it has waned a bit - not so much the putting up, but the taking down at the end of a long show or fete! People are starting to chance the weather and avoid using it if they can.

Really easy to put together, and although not 100% suitable for the length of time we had it up, it did the job until a heavy winter snowfall. But we're looking at getting a new one with the higher quality material.

I was very pleased with the two folding picnic tables I bought from you. Sturdy, easy to put up and fold away. My only criticism (if there were any at all) is that they are quite heavy. But because of that they are strong and with no risk of sudden collapse!

Tent was brilliant quality... In use even 5 years later.

Positive: Good quality product at a good price. Negative: VAT invoicing could be made easier allowing purchaser to obtain invoice when ordering rather than having to phone up and arrange. (Although lady I talked to was very nice and sorted out straight away)

Great gazebo, easy to erect and strong in the wind. I particularly liked the fact that I can get spare parts for it should I need them. Only let down by the carrying bag that doesn't fit properly so the castors don't function and the bag scrapes along the ground.

I bought the gala tent about 5 years ago for a summer fayre. I keep it up in my garden all summer for relaxing and entertaining. It was a good price and service and quality very good.

The reason i rebought from gala tents is there driving force at the office with the answers. The pop up Gazebo product of very good quality and quickly delivered on time would recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable with a backup of parts. The only thing when i was quoted a price for gutter kit all i got was just sent, the gutter piece and was not told that you need the two side panel parts to join them together, to make it work, which i think should be part of the gutter kit. They could be sold separate as parts but not as kit ok, otherwise excellent. Something that would be advantage would be a thin nice fitting slide able half bag with strap on to hold it tight together in the middle while you move it in to the caring bag, as i have trapped my finger in it, i made a bag and it has made it a lot better with easy strap woven round it. But: overall very good product for the price.

I obtained my first gala gazebo following an event where my previous gazebo had given in the the elements, my Gala gazebo has stood firm in some awful weather and has never let me down, my only adverse comment is that the stitching has failed in places but has been easy to make good and re stitch.
