Dear team, I am writing to let you know how delighted I have been with the Gala tent that I ordered. Its modular nature mean that it has been really flexible and amazingly spacious. The service from order to delivery was fast and very efficient. The few problems that we found with components were solved swiftly, politely and with genuine disappointment (Michaela) that everything hadn't been quite perfect for us. Thanks for your care. Good Afternoon, Thank for the prompt response to my call of 26 June 2013 where I said that the globe lighting had 3 bulbs that did not work. I have received the replacement today and all lights are working. Also there is not the powdery bloom on the bulbs as on the original ones. Many thanks again for the exemplary customer service that you have. No hassle, just a straight replacement.
