You replied promptly and it’s actually quite nice to have a couple of options for how to resolve the issue rather than just one because actually given the choice the discount worked better for me than the direct replacement as I am a startup business and trying to keep costs as low as possible.

I would just like to say a big thank you for your help today. I purchased my marquee on Monday & it arrived on Wednesday. I am thrilled with the quality & the professionalism of the service team at Gala Tents. I asked lots of questions as it was an expensive purchase & all were answered & advised with clarity. I did have a small problem with the lights; however this was resolved with no fuss whatsoever. Many thanks for your quick and very helpful response to my query regarding the number of cartons that made up the order.Although the marquee will not be used until 3rd June I am happy that it all appears to be in order, there was slight superficial damage to the cartons but nothing to cause concern.From making my first enquiry regarding your products to receiving my order was just under 22 hours ! I cannot fault your service and would recommend you to anybody wishing to buy any of your products.

Hello, the ordering of the Tent and the service and delivery was the best I have every experienced on an internet Purchase! And we do a lot! Very helpful, great advise and sorted an urgent problem out for me. They did not have the item I originally wanted to buy for delivery next day however your team sorted me out with exactly what I actually needed for the job for less money than than I had expected to pay, so they really are not a company to sell you the most expensive but what will suit you and try to give you the best deal for what you need in other words they do not want to take your money for the sake of it there priority is for customer satisfaction this stragey will mean you will pass on their details and your own satisfaction, well done Gala tents. I have only just received the tent so am not able to comment on its quality or if it did actually suit the job but we plan to put it up in the next few days and we will report back then with a full satisfaction report I am sure. And if it works for us for this special occasion I will be back to start to purchase or the other accessories to go with it. I purchased the 6 x 12m marquee over the telephone after looking at your products via your website. The sales person was most helpful and discussed with me additional items such as flooring and ratchet ties. I was assured that the marquee would be delivered during the week commencing 12 March. In fact the marquee arrived the day after the order was made. We live in Devon and I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. The marquee consisted of about 15 boxes and arrived on a sealed pallet. Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the marquee as we had to cancel our planned function. In fact none of the boxes were even opened. I was very impressed with the level of customer services with regard to my request to return the marquee. I was kept informed of the returns’ procedure at all levels. Although I haven’t received the refund at the date of writing this email, I am assured that the monies will be refunded on 13 April 2012. I would not hesitate to recommend Gala Tents based on the level of customer service that I have received.Many thanks
