Your Staff have always been attentive, knowledgeable and indeed exemplary, from the moment I originally spoke to 'Martin', (who was able to convince me I didn't have to come to your offices/factory to be satisfied that he understood what I needed, and with what I would be purchasing), to my more recent conversations with Glen, and then Laura. I just wanted to thank Gala Tent for our brilliant marquees, heaters and gutter kits etc!. The 21st birthday party was a huge success and the extra space outside was invaluable. We ended up connecting two marquees together, which was great.

Just wanted to advise. My wife and I went to a well know Camping shop in Norwich which stock Party Tents. We looked at these and were not that impressed. Took a chance and ordered a 3 x 4m Gala Tent. SO happy. A different league compared to what we have seen. Really nice product! Thank you very much!

Hi There, ordered the 4m x 10m Poly/Pvc Marquee and could not be more pleased. Delivery was first class. Put it up last weekend for my daughters 18th this week and was amazed by the quality. We have had heavy winds and a large snowfall but it has stood up magnificently. Took 2 of us to assemble and was straightforward. Thanks for all your help, the marquee looks fantastic!

It was so nice to have the phone answered by a really helpful chap (instead of the usual answer machine and music) and your customer service team were brilliant in arranging for the pick up and delivery of the replacement at times to suit me.
