Always have a good experience with gala tent

Although I haven't assembled the marquee as yet everything looks good. All the parts and accessories are very well packed. The only downside is that a couple of days after I ordered the marquee there was an additional discount offered. I obviously ordered too early.

The quality of the tents are exceptional. Dealt with customer services a few time during purchase and after-sales and they were also exemplary. The company offers everything from customisation to heating. I will become a regular customer once I begin to expand my portfolio of tents

We have used Gala Tent previously for our first charity gazebo and when it was time to have it replaced they were our obvious choice. Great product for events, a quality build and easy to set up and take down.

Faultless service. Easy to use website, extremely fast delivery and great product.

Needed a replacement pole after our tent was damaged during a heavy gust of wind. Customer service was very helpful, and it arrived in a few days.

I was tempted to buy a cheaper gazebo but upon seeing Galatents' superior spec I thought I would think long term and invest in one of theirs and I'm glad I did. Its robust, easy to erect and I know it's going to last for years.

Have had a fantastic service from your company! After having waited months for a Gazebo that was paid for and promised by another company we unfortunately didn’t get to use a gazebo all summer so I requested a refund. Their promises and staff just seemed to keep making up excuses every time I called. Joe the member of your company couldn’t have been more helpful , friendly and empathetic to our situation and he went the extra mile to make sure we got a perfect gazebo with graphics on all within a few days and Rebecca in the graphics department was terrific too and patient until we got exactly what we needed. Unfortunately the gazebo has not been used yet as on the Saturday the weather was atrocious nothing like the forecast. I have every faith that it will be of a high standard as your company has a good reputation. We have a lot of branches over the whole of Scotland and as the new year starts no doubtwe will be looking for many more yellow gazebos from ‘Gala Tents’ Thank you,Linda Mullen
