Thank you for the speedy delivery of my order. My purpose in writing is to thank you for the response I received when I queried the uplift in prices at the beginning of March. I had been asking for more information about your Gala Shades towards the end of February after finding what I was looking on your website. However I did not place my order by phone until the 1st of March, not realising that prices had then returned to ‘normal’ The person taking my order was Martin Blacksell who pointed this out to me but readily accepted that I had been working towards purchasing some days earlier. He then arranged a concession, whereby I could still take advantage of the February (sale) prices. For this I am very appreciative.

I would like to congratulate your company for the professional way they have dealt with us, in buying a Gala Tent. The sales team of Martian & Daniel were a pleasure to deal with, phoning me up half hour before delivery. As for the delivery company (pallet track) smashing there delivery was under 24hrs and very helpful. I’m sure the bowls clubs around Suffolk will be asking about your products in the near future, once again thank you and your staff

Having found furniture that seemed to suit our requirements we were dubious of the quality because of the low price.
