Thank you for your helpful and swift response to my very urgent need for a Party Tent at 4:00pm on 12th July. The tent arrived at 2-00pm on the 13th enabling my arrangements to be all properly in place for the Saturday noon! My compliments to the sales assistant with whom I spoke in my moment of need and who ‘caught’ the lorry just in time. It would have been very easy to have said words to the effect of “Sorry mate – too late, can’t help??? but he didn’t. That is service!

I recently purchased three folding trestle tables with superb efficiency in all aspects. Excellent service. Will be back very soon.

I did a lot of research before buying my Gala Tent. There are plenty of makes and suppliers on the market and after looking at the Gala Tent website I decided to place my order. The staff on the phone were very polite and helpful. I ordered a 6m x 3m Poly/PVC Gala Tent, 2 folding tables and lights and it all arrived the next day. Everything that I received was of a high quality and I am very pleased with my purchase. A month later I had a problem with a couple of side panels. I spoke to Emma Taylor, she was nice to talk to and she sorted out the problem by sending me replacement panels. I would recommend Gala Tent to anyone who wants quality products , polite staff, fast service and good after sales service.

We were thrilled with our new marquee.It arrived the day after ordering, just as you promised,( which is most unusual these days) My partner and I managed to assemble it by ourselves despite its size, and our decreped old bodies. We celebrated our joint 60th birthdays in the garden on the Saturday, stayed up till three, under our much admired Marquee. All our friends had a great time, considering the weather was so appalling. I just thought I would let you know that the marquee arrived today. We had a trial set up and it is brilliant - so easy to put up even in the high wind today - we are right on the North Somerset coast and is very windy here at the moment - not at all summery!
We will be trying it out for real this coming Sunday at a big dog show and fun day on the seafront at Weston-Super-Mare so there will be loads of holiday makers there from all over.

I just wanted to say, on behalf of all the people who contributed to our marquee fund, thank you for helping us out with the purchase of the marquees for our village.
As I said, the marquees are being bought on behalf of a charitable trust that is responsible for the village’s playing field, which is used to hold community and charity fundraising events. As we are a small village we don’t have a village hall, so the marquees are the closest we have to that and the money that has been raised to buy them will hopefully be seen as a good investment, as they should serve us for many years to come. As they will only be used for village activities and not let out for hire we’re optimistic that they will see us through a good many events.
