Delivery was rapid and setting up was easy however the roof of the 6x4 marquee that I purchase is not up to the job. walls, post etc are excellent but the roof is a different material and disintegrates in prolonged exposure to sunlight. OK if you want to be pouting it up for a weekend, or at most a week but not durable enough for a full season.

I needed some spare parts for my gala tent marquee

The tents are excellent, but the erection instructions are poor. The ones included with the tents and the ones on your website omoitted a critical action - to press together part of the frame, rather than simply pulling it out. In the end I resorted to Your YouTube videos.

The marquee is strong and well made. We erected the marquee to be used in all weathers and it provided us with extra space and protection from the elements.

Very prompt delivery

I feel that the walls for your shades have walls that make the inside of the shade feels a little like a prison cell. Why not have bigger arched windows like your marquees/tents; after all those shades must also be used for social events...parties etc....

The tables are great, sturdy and secure when set up and and handy carry handle as well

Good Product as always

The frame and canopy of the Pro 50 Shade over the years have been terrific long lasting does the job however the supplied side walls made of an unknown different material to the top is a different matter which have picked up dirt and stubborn black mould during repeated use. There may be away of cleaning them but by their nature cleaning an unknown

Exactly what we were looking for. Much stronger and more robust than gazebos that are on the market. This is much better suited to highland weather.

Have outlived many gazebos by other makes, We have 10 Now lasting over 10years for many events each year.
