Gala Tent UK

I purchased this tent to use for a big birthday party, to accomodate a band and disco. i wanted something substantial and hard wearing although not too expensive. It worked out really good value to buy instead of hire a tent. I was really pleased with every aspect of this sale. The tent is large and a very good quality for the price I paid. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I can hire it out or use it again. The poles are like scaffolding poles and all parts are good quality and strong.

Purchased April 2014, still looks good when erected, easy to erect. Frame somewhat heavy and frame bag unable to cope with normal handling (Bag ripped over time along with zips and clips)

We've had the Gala tent for 2 years and are very happy with it's strength throughout out English summers. The after care service is excellent.

First class products and excellent service.

We received the tent approx 3 months after order due to not being in stock, this being acceptable as I was informed. Easy to erect and put away, handy bag, although we have reinforced the bottom and added stronger casters 1 year on. The roof has issues, within 2 months there were holdes appearing like burns all around. No idea what could have caused them they are still appearing without having anything around burning it. Bolts and bits have a tenancy to work loose but just need to be tightened regularly. excellent in bad weather, has stood up in slightly sheltered area to high winds. Used monthly at Karting events. Would buy again, only roof damage appearing lets it down.

Quality of the products was very good and is easy to put together. However Gala Tents don't change you with free delivery it isn't free they just charge for packing and handling instead!

I Purchased this tent back in Sept 2012 for a party to celebrate my birthday. It was perfect and made good use of it since. Very strong and will last years Highly recommended.

I asked sales person if roof needed taking off before packing away and was told no, as i want a gazebo were it stopped on, as i was comparing with another company products that roof does stop on.

Thank you for your review Mr Bishton, firstly thank you for taking the time provide this feedback, however there seems to be some confusion of information you have. You can leave the roof on and the gazebo and it does fit in the bag with the roof on, however we advise to take this off because some people forget to unclip the canopy when collapsing the framework this breaks the web tie clips and then we get the blame which seems to be quite unreasonable, this is the only reason we advise take it off.

Great Gazebo, really easy to erect and attach the sides. Prompt delivery and everything all in order. :)

Arrived promptly & well packed.totally pleased with the design, quality of materials, ease of assembly & taking down.Perfect for purpose as garden/ event marquee. Would strongly recommend as excellent value for money.

We have always used Gala tents for bike racing purposes as they provide a solid structure during the British weather extremes. I was slightly disappointed with the latest 3x3m tent as water leaks in through the Stitching at the lower edges of the roof panel meaning nothing can be stored around the edge without getting dripped on at the moment, although I do plan to run some silicon sealant along the seams.
