Logo had been altered without consultation and was different from proof. There were blemishes across the print.The print had been put on across a seem - I assume over time this will peel off.

Ease of ordering was brilliant, website easy to navigate. Order arrived quickly, products correct and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

We purchased the flooring for use at our rugby club Beer Festival. Ordered Wednesday, delivered Thursday - as promised. Flooring looked fantastic and we were very pleased with the product. Would definitely recommend.

Something odd happened with this delivery, to Canvey Island; it was refused by the receiver. No explanation. I called the customer, who was having delivered there instead of his own premises, and he knew nothing of it. It was delivered at 2nd attempt. Or so I thought, but two days later, I received a new delivery note, free delivery for items that were missing. My customer spoke to Gala people to sort it out. I remain mystified!

The framework is very robust as is the fabric roof and both are likely to last for quite some time. However the carry bag was not so strong and the zip failed after the first time of using. We have a previous model that has served us well for several years and its transit bag is much stronger and is still used regularly with no problems.
