It’s taken me longer to get round to writing a review than it took for placing an order and getting it delivered.Chris Taylor from the sales team was excellent in the knowledge of the product and was not using any pushy sales tactics.My 4x8m gala tent arrived within a couple of days and driver was good enough to bring it round to the back garden .I tried to find fault in the service because I think there’s always room for improvement but not in this case it was ten out of ten from start to finish.In our business we deal with customers face to face and have been for over thirty years , I like to think there was a little of something in the Gala experience I can take forward with me to my employees.A good ole British Standard product with a good ole British Standard service, excellent well done to you guys,Regards Ranjit khela

Took a while and some hard work to put it up and the instructions could be better but it’s a great marquee and very stable. Very pleased with it.

I have bought a number of products from Gala Tent UK. The quality has always been first class. One gazebo we bought for our charity 15 years ago is still serving us well.

The quality is superb, the best, a builder friend who uses his in all weather conditions recommended it to me. Buying online has brought problems in the past with service and quality but I am happy to say that the service from Gala Tent was exactly what they promised and the quality of the marquee is superb.Thank you guys for the product and service.

We found Gala Tents when looking to upgrade a gazebo to a marquee for better weather resistance. Their website is very easy to navigate and you can pick and choose to create your required package. We had to call to check delivery date because one item (a bag for the poles) was not in stock, but they confirmed that all other items would be sent out to arrive the next day (which it did).The marquee was very easy to set up, the instructions were clear, and they also have videos on their website. Two weeks in we are very impressed, with what feels like a pop-conservatory! The panels and tubes are of extremely good quality and we feel like we have gained another room to our house.
