Just used our new 3 x6 pro 40 gazebo easy to use puts other makes to shame for quality they quote as being the same. This i makes the fifth type and size we have purchased As always came on time .would recommend nothing else.

Only just put our new gazebo up, but the quality seems exceptional , very robust and well made.

We initially bought a cheaper gazebo from another retailer but returned it as it was very flimsy. Having been recommended Gala Tent, we bought the Gala Pro DX and what a great buy. This gazebo is very sturdy, waterproof and is top quality. We had a query regarding putting it up for the first time, phoned Gala Tent and spoke to a friendly, knowledgeable lady who sorted us out promptly. I would thoroughly recommend Gala Tent every time for quality and service.

Quick and easy, good customer service and quality products

The Gala Tent advice, service and delivery was excellent, and the replacement marquee canopy appears to be of very good quality. We have not thoroughly tested the cover as we purchased it at the end of 2024 ready for the 2025 season, but we erected to check the fit and it and it looked to be a better product than our previous (not Gala) marquee.

5 star rating plus!Having arrived at the Penistone Agricultural Show the afternoon before it started, I found that I’d lost the fittingsI was recommended by the show organisers to try Gala Tent who advised that the 6 by 3 meter tent that I wanted cost around £850I decided to travel from Penistone to Gaard tents head office and explained my situation, telling the customer service gentleman that I had only £700 cash to spend and I laid it on the tableExpert found me a tent that came to £740 but allowed me to have it for £700 cashService with a smile!And the gentlemen loading up my Land Rover were most courteous and took an interest in the show that I needed it forThe annual Penistone Agricultural Show, whilst only one day long, is well attended and probably well worth considering as a venue for Gala Tent to display at in the future!???????? to South Yorkshire businesses!!!Much appreciated!

Got what I ordered came very fast and fitted like a glove

Excellent quality, very well built. Only slight let down on the order was the frame didn't arrive until the day after the canopy, bag and side walls.

An impressive gazebo that will be very easy to put up next time, having learned from our first attempt. We used it for a two day event, erecting it in windy conditions two days before and dismantling it the following day. Although two (experienced) people are enough for erection, in windy conditions it was useful to have a third person to hold it once the roof canopy was in place. Knowing the exposed location, we bought the heavy duty pegs to go through the footplates and the ground bars to make sure the legs were correctly spaced and the structure rigid. We used one peg to secure the windward side leg and the other three as soon as the ground bars were in place. The pegs had a curved top that also kept the ground bars from rising up when the wind tried to bend the side panels. Each side has a long pocket for the ground bars and must have the bars threaded through. The bottom skirts are a great feature that stops wind blowing underneath. We did not need the water bag weights and the tie down kit is good quality.Our old cheap gazebo, which we put up alongside, looked very sad in contrast! We are likely to buy a second Gala Tent for the event next year. To increase light, we might buy some extra side panels with windows. It would also make a good camping tent! Pre-sales advice was invaluable and helped us make our choice. I recommend this product.
