Hi Melissa, Many thanks again for your wonderfully friendly and efficient assistance! I have posted a review via the link provided, in which the only negative was an unthreaded bolt (thats all I could find fault with!). Even my old boss, now our supplier for our own business, was impressed when he saw it, and he's able to find fault with most things! I haven't had chance to look yet but do Gala make side panels with fine mesh panels? These would be great for letting in a bit of air in the summer but keeping out the bugs and birds. My brother said immediately on seeing your logo that he'd seen your tents at his off-road enduro events, and if they could survive the treatment the average motorcrosser would give them they must be good! With what we've seen of the tent so far, I think he's going to be right.

I rang yesterday at 2.30pm and spoke to Anna who processed my order over the phone for a 4x8 Gala Tent after Id studied your web site and wasnt sure of your delivery times. It arrived this morning in 9 immaculate cartons at 9.30am. People are always quick to complain or criticise but all too often they say nothing when you do what you say you will. Brilliant services thank you. It was beyond my expectations, well done to your whole team who were just doing their job and made a customer happy. They all deserve a pat on the back!. Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent service, the Gala tent arrived yesterday, overnight as promised well packaged and all intact. I had studied the information well but was still amazed at the quality of the tent when it was actually in front of me; the framework makes my old awnings seem like pipe cleaners and straws by comparison. I only came upon your website by chance, I was almost in the process of purchasing from one of your competitors when I read in their blurb Try a Google search to find better. Well I did. I would certainly have no reservations about recommending you to friends and I will be purchasing again from you in the future.
