Hi Melissa, I have been happy with the service so far from Gala Tent. I haven't been able to put the products together yet. So I am unable to say if I'm happy with it, but I trust if there are any issues with the product they will be addressed. Good service so far.

When ew realised that we would need out tent for a specific date Mary and the team were in contact regularly to ensure that we were able to receive our purchase. She arranged regular update calls and even discussed other options open to us to help us ensure we were able to acheive our goal of attending our very first trade show at our full capacity. very quick delivery, unfortunately one chair was broken, however replaced very quickly. Excellent customer service. Found Mary Fellows very polite and helpful.
