I did a lot of research before buying my Gala Tent. There are plenty of makes and suppliers on the market and after looking at the Gala Tent website I decided to place my order. The staff on the phone were very polite and helpful. I ordered a 6m x 3m Poly/PVC Gala Tent, 2 folding tables and lights and it all arrived the next day. Everything that I received was of a high quality and I am very pleased with my purchase. A month later I had a problem with a couple of side panels. I spoke to Emma Taylor, she was nice to talk to and she sorted out the problem by sending me replacement panels. I would recommend Gala Tent to anyone who wants quality products , polite staff, fast service and good after sales service.

The service I received from Gala Tent was exemplary, with rapid delivery and all pieces correct. We found watching the online how to assemble video very clear and concise, and two of us erected the 4m x 10m Gala Tent in about 2hrs, once we had all the boxes open and laid out. the Marquee has been used twice now to good effect, it is dry and far warmer inside than you would expect on a chilly English summers evening

I have recently taken delivery of a Gala shade and was very happy with this product. I would like to congratulate your team on providing an excellent level of service through your phone sales line and excellent communications from your designated delivery company whose driver phoned me to say that he was at my house (unfortunately i was not home, but working close by), so he made arrangements to meet me at a half way point (i ordered at 1pm thursday and took delivery at 12.30pm on friday- great!). Having used my new shade it is clear that is well made and well designed and more importantly it kept me dry whilst working under it during the recent WET weather!! Bring on the winter! So overall an excellent service, its a shame that many other companies cant operate in this manner!

We were thrilled with our new marquee.It arrived the day after ordering, just as you promised,( which is most unusual these days) My partner and I managed to assemble it by ourselves despite its size, and our decreped old bodies. We celebrated our joint 60th birthdays in the garden on the Saturday, stayed up till three, under our much admired Marquee. All our friends had a great time, considering the weather was so appalling.
