Had our marquee for 13 years and needed to replace the roof and window sides. Was so pleased to see the window sides now have curtains, which makes it so much more private.The quality is also much better.So easy to find and order spares, very user friendly. ????

Brilliant service! I called up as we wanted an entirely blackout gazebo for operating a laser cleaner. The gentleman on the phone explained that a blank side can be separately bought to exchange the window side. Order processed over the phone efficiently and all the items arrived next day. The gazebo frame is extremely sturdy and the material is very tough. We would have no concerns using this in any weather condition.

We needed to order a couple of parts for our marquee, so I phoned Gala Tent and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the assistant who ordered the parts for me directly. Even more amazing was that the parts arrived the very next day, well packaged so in perfect condition. Well done Gala Tent, your after sales service is superb!

A sturdy well made 6 X 3m gazebo! Easy enough to erect - 3 volunteers minimum. Left it a bit close to the event date to order so didn’t get the colour I’d wanted. With the help of the sales team we configured it as two tone - roof one colour and the sides a different colour! The outcome was better than expected and definitely not a monotone block of colour. Looks like it should serve us well.

The best customer service - 10/10. I had a query about a gazebo side sheet and after a phone call and an email it was sorted immediately. A replacement was delivered the next day! I work back to back festivals and twice Gala have stepped in to save the day. Last year my canopy was destroyed in a storm, Gala had a replacement canopy couriered down to me at Camp Bestival on the same day!
