Just a quick note to say how delighted we were to receive our replacement end panels for our Gala Tent. Having not had a response to any of our correspondance, we thought (wrongly) that the matter was being ignored, but this was not the case! Replacements were received promptly yesterday and appear to be in perfect condition (although we have not yet had the opportunity to use them and check them thoroughly).
Thank you both once again for you suberb customer relations we have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Your sales department representative Lisa Mace was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The Gala Tent arrived the morning after the afternoon that I paid for it! Once I had removed the leg poles from the roof bar positions and read the instructions it all went together like a dream. Just a quick word to say thank you for the help received from your help desk staff, I found them all very polite & helpful, special thanks to Emma who did every thing possible to resolve our problem, whatever the final outcome is, your staff deserve recognition for their professionalism.

Thank you for leaving the message on my answer phone last Friday, regarding delivery of my order today, between 3.00pm and 4.00pm
The delivery was made EXACTLY at 3.00pm. Although I wont be able to open the gazebo package until tomorrow, I can tell you that I am very pleased with your service and that of your Carriers.
As the gazebo is so well packaged and polythene shrink wrapped, I am able to store it outside overnight.
This has relieved me of having to find somewhere to store it until I can attend to it.
One other aspect, which pleased me greatly, was the fact that you only debit my credit card on despatch of the order. Many Companies debit on receipt of order! These Companies dont get my business twice!
I shall recommend your Company to others unreservedly.
