The 4 Star review is NOT because of the product - The Canopy is actually fantastic, the build quality is great, the cover is sturdy and we expect to get many years of service out of it - so value for money its exceptional and i would recommend the product however, The score is due to very poor customer service as we have had an issue with the order.We spoke with a member of the sales team to purchase the canopy and a side wall (side wall only) the operator was fab and sorted everything out for us and it all arrived within 2 days - amazingThe side wall was the wrong size, it is a meter too short in height so not much usewe contacted customer services to sort it out as we need the canopy the end of that week so had time to get it sorted.Customer services got back to us same day however asking for us to erect the canopy and send pictures of the side wall in place.. i understand that many of the complaints would need this to happen - damage to material - bent parts etc however our issue was they have supplied the wrong part (the clue is in the part code?)I explained this and was reluctant to put the canopy up as its massive and the weather has been appalling - explained they have sent the wrong part - nothing wrong with it physically - just too short for our canopy.I had to chase again to see what was happening - and another customer service agent came back to us - they chased the original agent who agreed to change the canopy side and would arrange delivery and collection - fair enough - matter resolved - great.No, so i explained that we had on day in that week we were available to swap out the side wall - that was agreed all good, when the courier info arrived, they had booked the following day - ok disappointing but i get that it was probably a courier issue not Gala.So i got in touch , explained that this wasnt what we agreed and we cant make that day so explained they should cancel the delivery and we would take care of it the following week.Needless to say, i still have the wrong side wall - and the replacement hasnt been arranged for swap out.Customer service has let us down on this order and its dissapointing.Final note - would we buy from Gala again - sure - we are just about to order 2 more 3x3 pro canopiess - its a great product and the service is great if it all works out at the start!!

One part came wrong but was soon sorted with great service

Very quick and did exactly what we asked. Only improvement on gazebo is to avoid using plastic zips so they last longer and give a bit more tolerance on width of sides as very difficult to zip up, but this is an issue with all gazebos whoever does them.

Wouldn't go to anyone else for branded merchandise! Highly recommend, fast and friendly service. Couldn't fault the service I have received, from the initial quote to design right through to receiving the product and additional questions/information everyone I spoke with, especially Christopher was extremely helpful and always there for additional support.

Gala tents are really substantial the fabric is thicker and stronger than most and really suitable for all weather conditions they have a friendly staff who can really help you if you need parts etc

Next morning telephone help with my evening email enquiry, delivery the following day. Who could ask for more?

I’ve been promising myself a new good quality pop up tent for a long time. There are a lot out there and varying prices ????. I’m a landscaper and need a tough long lasting tent that can withstand a challenging environment. A number of my fellow landscapers have Gala tents and so I took the plunge. ????. I am very happy with my choice and my chaps have already put it through a vigorous test program ????????and nothings broken! Well worth the expenditure and a good Company to deal with, Thankyou
