Gala Tent UK

Brilliant service although didn't have the colour I wanted in the time frame I needed it. Bought a new Gazebo but also a replacement canopy for our 10year old one. Chose Gala as I purchased a nearly new one about 9-10 years ago and apart from a few tiny holes in the canopy it's still going strong.

The half wall is great quality and looks great but I think there is meant to be a pole to secure it so it sags in the middle. It would have been better to have this explained in the product description.

Excellent quality Gazebo ( strong / well made with a 3 year guarantee on frame). Gazebo was ordered 1 day and delivered the following day, which was exceptional service fro order to delivery. Easy to erect (you need to obtain election details on their website, since no instructions in the packaged unit. I would recommend Gala Tent Gazebo's.

I bought a PE 4X4M Marquee with ground bars and heaters. This is a great investment and has already been used for a BBQ at my house. From ordering to delivery the service that Gala Tent provided was good. I would recommend them .

Cannot fault the service provided by Gala tent. On putting our marquee up we realised we had mislaid some of the side panels. I therefore needed a very quick turnaround as the party was only five days away. The items werereceived the following day and I realised that I had ordered the wrong side panels.. An out of hours email to Gala tent was answered by an early morning phone call from them to me. They sorted the problem and resent the correct items which were received within 24 hours. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. We bought our Gala marquee about six years ago and even after lots of use over the years it’s still strong and sturdy. Great company and great products.
