Good quality marquee but after-sales service hopeless. Tried to register warranty but website said invoice not consigned. Tried to contact with Live Chat but no response and the message I left has not resulted in any contact from Gala

Good product, good service. Like the strength of the tents. Dislike the fact the canvas bag has sharp screws that damaged my decking when pulling it leaned over.

The products are fine but the delivery was delayed without any reason given by the carrier. The tracking stated a delivery was tried and a POD raised but not actually received at the delivery address! So poor delivery by APC marks the review down.CT

Ordering and delivery was great, however, I thought the case would have had a bottom to it so that it can be stood up. I've had to add a board to the base which for the price is a bit of a shame.

I have purchased three marquees in the pvc material but after putting it up once u open the Velcro on the doors they don't fasten together as easy now... Would seriously consider buying a pvc one

The gazebo is great but the zip on the bag broke the first time we used it. Not good for such an expensive item.

Whilst we are very happy with the product, two marquees, we did feel a little put out when our honestly and integrity was questioned and we contacted you to advise that some poles were missing, we could have done without the stress of trying to sort this out whilst sorting out our event.

Shipment of the item was to expensive.

Good product good service but very disappointed to learn that after I had the product delivered I saw the same product on the web site advertised £20 cheaper. Pretty disgusting really

GalaTent have been putting in a great effort at making their products user friendly and suitable directly for end consumers rather than just for professional tent hire companies. I am one of those end consumers and I appreciated their clear explanatory videos and help setting up the tent. However, this is not quite 'IKEA-level' yet and there is still much to improve on the completeness of their explanations, so currently as an end user I had to do some figuring out myself and couldn't rely solely on the videos. For example, the videos don't show what to do with the 'middle legs' flaps nor that you have to put the 'C' legs with the holes down facing outwards in order to peg them in. There are no instructions on how to attach the end walls or side walls if you decide to leave out some bays to create an opening (as advertised on the product description.) Nevertheless, this is a fantastic solid product and I am delighted with my purchase and with GalaTent's effort to make it user friendly. I hope that GalaTent keeps working on it and listening to customer feedback and make their product and instructions even better!UPDATE: my original review had 4 stars, but the online review system of GalaTent is terrible and has unacceptable bugs. I tried to contact customer services to help me upload my review and they were unfriendly and borderline rude. The new rating reflects my combined opinion about the great product and the poor attitude of the online chat.

very hard to order online - so had to book a call. it would not change my old address due to security and so I could not use paypal.

A mistake was made somewhere with printing and I unfortunately had to wait over 2 and a half months to get my printed gazebo, which meant losing out on oportunities. The end product is of good quality though and the people working there are easy to deal with.

Found online ordering quite difficult. Rang in and staff were very helpful, finding my customer number etc. Order was wrong, but was rectified and invoice made out to wrong person. Shouldn't be so difficult to get spares

I had intended to replace parts on a wind-damaged tent but it was cheaper to buy a new tent.
