Good quality tents that are very easy to erect and dismantle. The printing of the logo on the tents ordered was exceptional and good quality. Purchasing was very easy and assistance from staff with regards any queries was excellent. Tents arrived in time for a big corporate event and in good order. Lovely bit of kit, very easy to erect and super stable once up. Everything fits together without any fuss which generates a feeling of confidence in the product.

Simply brilliant. This collapsible Gazebo is is strong, simple to open and close and looks very smart. The adjustable leg height is very useful and allows you to drop the height if the wind picks up. This unit is built to last and excellent value when you compare it to the flimsy ones you buy in a DIY superstore (although note its heavier). This is my second one which we use in our garden and on the patio. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service

Ordered a marquee in February. One of the boxes wasn't delivered but I didn't notice until the Jubilee weekend (over 3 months). Contacted Gala and they sent the missing box on next day delivery. Fantastic service from them . Our Scout troop use their marquees for cooking, dining and wet weather activities - easy to put up, stable, easy to clean and very hard wearing.

The overall marquee is pretty good the fit of the sides could be much improved, the clips that hold the roll up sections of the marquee are fragile to say the least and several were broken before we even erected the marquee. Quite a few of the threads were damaged with weld splatter on the retained nuts on the frame and the instructions are very poor. Other than that the marquee offers a fantastic space. Just waiting on the various bags and replacement clips, screws and guy ropes.

Can’t fault this company at all, we were let down at the 11th hour by a company who were due to produce 2 x printed Gazebo’s. With events looming, Darren was able to deliver to use next day and save our weekend events. We still need the printed versions, so we’ll be going back to get them ordered. Top company ????

Product is excellent I really cannot fault it. BUT You can have the best product in the world but if it is delivered by a company who do not care for it, it will arrive damaged. Say no more.
