Very good service and some positive negotiation over items that were out of stock. Really helpful call taker. Arrived swiftly and exactly as described. Well packaged and not too easy to erect but probably beginners bad luck!

I’ve been buying gala tents for 15 years and never had a problem. They’ve stood in high wind with just a little flex. Spare parts are easy to get. Always found the staff polite and very helpful. I won’t buy any other brand. Great product well recommended.

Wanted to make a current 4 by 8 metre tent more flexible using a 4 by 4m roof on halved the frame . Excellent delivery and product quality . Fits like a glove. You should promote this idea more.

Such an efficient and helpful company. I ordered a new set of D1 and D2 poles for my 6 x 6 m tent. They arrived promptly and a small change in the design - they are a bit longer than the old ones - makes erecting the roof frame much easier.
