Great Service, Very Helpful Staff, Only One Company For All Your Gazebo Needs!

Ordered a 3x3 canopy to replace an existing (non gala) one. Although the cost was considerably more than the original and those £28 ones you can find on Amazon (with negative reviews) , the difference in quality was obvious. This is a very well made, high quality product. The material is very substantial and thick. We have sat outside in torrential rain and it has been 100% waterproof, no sagging or dripping inside - the water just rolled off. It also fits very snugly so a second pair of hands would be helpful when putting this on and to get it firmly in place. Delivery was quick. Customer service was good and they were happy to update me when I called, very cheerful! All in all a good experience for us.

This was chosen and puchsed on behalf of a care home for use at the home and also and when attending gala days for publicity and fundraising. We went for mid commercial use Pro40. It is substantially designed and made. We bought the full package it all goes into the carry/roller bag. It easily erects by 4 people one on each leg but can be done satisfactorily by two. It really looks the part especially as its pi k.

Excellent customer service

Service was really 1st class, and efficient. When unpacked delivery a couple of weeks after recdeipt, one item was found to be slightly damaged, although can be easily overcome. Thouroughly recommend company.

We keep our Gazebo out 365 days in all weather. We have just renewed this Gazebo after 7 years only because after having our garden updated the old one was starting to look well used although it was still useable. Best Gazebos we have ever had. Service was great and the product is first class for our requirements.
